The Wishbone Gallery is delighted to announce its participation in Future Fair, taking place from May 1st to May 4th, 2024, in New York. Officially launched in 2020, this fair aspires to serve as a catalyst for change in the art world. Wishbone is pleased to present the works of Magali Cazo and Boris Pintado at booth T5.
Magali Cazo, born in 1979 in Lyon, now divides her time between Joannas in Ardèche and Paris. After studying at the National School of Fine Arts in Lyon, she chose to further her education in various Parisian studios, exploring diverse techniques. Today, Cazo primarily focuses on ink on paper. She engages in a dual exploration of landscapes, playing with colourful contrasts, and the human body, expressing it with freedom and grace.
Boris Pintado, a Spanish artist residing in Montreal, has mastered the art of masking and concealing to tame his chosen materials. His graphite work generously explores textures and patterns and creates a rich universe where form represents structure and coherence. His works have been showcased at the Centre national d’exposition (Jonquière, Qc) and the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, Qc and his public installations have been installed in the towns of Carleton-Sur-Mer and Beloeil.
